Management

Management body of the Company - determines the status, scope and organization of the Director's activities, the work of the Director, his election (appointment), as well as his rights and obligations.

The Director manages the day-to-day operations of the company and is the company's governing body on a sole basis.

The Director is accountable to the company's Supervisory Board and the General meeting of shareholders.
